Three DBSK members, Hero Jaejoong, Xiah Junsu, and Micky Yoochun filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment yesterday, asking for cancellation of their contract with SM Entetainment. However, U-Know Yunho and MAX Changmin didn’t take part in suing SM, probably because of their acting careers.
Also, it was confirmed that the three members(Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu) have sent documents to SM on July 4th containing information about them leaving DBSK. At meetings between SM executives and DBSK members’ parents and the three members, the members have notified the executives that they will leave DBSK.
It’s also very likely that DBSK might not perform at the SM Town concert which will be held in the 16th.
Well, I guess we’ll have to say bye to Jaejoong, Micky, and Junsu. *sigh.*

@jonghyun: Well I heard that the SM executives actually like Junsu. I was surprised when Junsu filed this lawsuit against SM. And I agree, DBSK should keep more of the profit they make, considering that they’re pretty big in Asia. Yunho only has like 5 hundred million won(which isn’t that many) in his bank account I heard(so I’m not totally sure), and I bet Sunye from WG has made more money than that.

i heard about it last nite….but then i thought it’s about their own business *xiah-micky and hero*…
and about disbandment…i didn’t think so…
if they against for their ‘right’,, i will support them no matter what…
they work too much hard in a crazy schedule…
what??only 5milions???oh My God….poor mYunho…
sometimes i’m curious,,why DSBK works too much hard and some other disciples are doing nothing…no wonder if some rumors said that Micky’s audy R8 and Xiah’s house were getting from their own business…not from their hard work in DBSK…

@YuRi and moowy.sapi.: Yeah, I’m disappointed with SM too. LSM’s on his way to Korea now(he lives oversees I heard) to stop DBSK from disbanding, so I guess they might not after all. Hopefully LSM will let the guys keep more of the profits they make if they decide not to disband. This is another part of the story I heard: The three members’ parents were trying to start a cosmetic company with the members, and SM tried to take a portion of the profit they’ll make from the company(which is ridiculous considering that the cosmetic company has nothing to do with SM). I seriously hope DBSK will just leave SM just like Shinhwa and Fly to the Sky did and not disband.

yea.i totally agree with you about leaving SME…i don’t know why Boa feels so ‘comfort’ there…i really-really feel disappointed with LSM…stupid crazy schedule…then now he tries to get the profit of something he didn’t do anything…oh hell no!!!
but i always hope dbsk will be together till the end…amen…^o^

@yuri boa likes it there in SM because he is Lee Soo Mans favorite artist there ever. I heard everyone bows down to her in SM. I remember reading before… That when Boa was still a trainee or something, LSM made the members of H.O.T and ShinHwa to teach her how to dance and sing. Of course HOT and ShinHwa were already established artists then, and they were very busy with their schedules, but then they couldn’t just not follow LSM, they have to teach Boa. They say that whenever Boa would got impatient or frustrated, the members would be as well. But since LSM has always favored Boa, whenever this incident happen LSM would hit the H.O.T and ShinHwa members. They even said LSM hits his artists using baseball clubs and golf clubs. AHHHH I JUST HATE LSM. If i see him i would… ARGH. Did you guys know about the H.O.T., ShinHwa and DBSK issues? My friend says she knows this DBSK issue) is gona happen, actually me too, but not this soon. I really wish they would get out of SM soon. It’s a horrible place. No wonder Eeteuk started the M.I.L.K. club. It’s just depressing.

and again at yuri! Heehee i actually started to think that maybe the SM rumors are not true bec Micky was even able to buy an Audi and Junsu was able to buy this awesome townhouse for his parents. But those were actually gifts from a Chinese cosmetics company:-) Well that’s not confirmed but that’s what peopleve been sayin recently.

oh poor ShinHwa oppa(s),,oh LSM is too much…how come he asked them to teach her if they were busy…no wonder if shinhwa left lsm…when i heard they left SME i felt a lil disappointed…but now..it’s really a godd job oppas…
so how about dbsk??they got hit too???oh poor my lovely yunho…*i’m a biggest fan of jung yunho and dbsk* so it hurts me if he did something horrible to those oppas…

@YuRi: I don’t believe this, but there’s been a rumor going around that there’s a hierachy order among SM artists: BoA being the rank #1 and Junsu the second-in-command(#2). I really don’t believe this because it sounds so immature, considering that most SM artists are well in their 20’s. However, it’s true that SM executives favor some trainees/artists over others, and one of the most favored artists is BoA. Most SM trainees/artists know better than to mess with someone whom SM executives like.
@jongjyun: Hmm, probably. LSM actually liked Hyesung, Minwoo, Kangta, and Heejun so I don’t think he could’ve hit them. I wouldn’t want to think LSM’s that mean. I did read about all the Shinhwa/H.O.T. rumors and their overbooked schedules while they were in SM though. I think he just favors some artists/trainees over others. But what you said could be true; SM’s frigging mysterious:)
Nah:) Leeteuk has been battling against major depressive disorder(aka depression) for some time, according to his fans. He needs to take his antidepressants instead of trying to solve it out on his own by starting an emo club.

I read somewhere that in order for ShinHwa to leave SME but still keep the name, Eric’s family had to pay SM a HUUUUGE sum of money. ShinHwa need to pay SM for being able to keep their name as well as continue singing their songs, sth like that. X[ aaaahhh i just hate him im sorry :-[
SM singers only get 1% per cd, while all other gasoos get 17%

Oh about LSM liking the HOT members… I also read somewhere (sorry I always read about SME hahaha:)) so i could hate LSM more:))) that LSM usually likes the most popular person in the group, like in HOT he asked Kangta and HeeJun secretly to re-sign with SM before their HOT contract ended. then Kangta and Heejun did, leaving out the other 3 members. Then LSM also underpaid HOT and ShinHwa (well i think he does underpay everyone, I just want to show everyone again that he has been doing this for a long time XD) It started a long time ago, so no wonder this is happening to DBSK. I wont be surprised if SHINee, SNSD and SNSD follow DBSK and file a lawsuit or something.
And about Eeteukie I dont know, like why wouldnt he give him a break then? i remember when GD showed like mild depression YG immediately let him take a break, and allowed him to go to the US and Europe. LSM ahhh i hate you (haha i think you guys know that already i kept on saying it XD)

I hear same rumors about LSM hitting his artists; that’s so cruel. is that really allowed? there’s no law agaisnt it? i really feel sorry for sm artists recently they’re being pushed to their limits. recently Taeyeon (SNSD) had to go to the hospital for flu like symptons after the performance (also meaning she had it during the perf. too). SHINee’s Onew recently fell and cracked his teeth(? something like that) and in a kinda recent perf of Juliette, he hurt his leg and fainted!(it’s even on YouTube!!!!) D: I didn’t hear any recent things about DBSK and Super Junior though (thank god.) and I also heard a rumor that BoA’s like the only one that doesn’t get hit; at all. Maybe it was the fact the parents knew more about the company than they thought; that’s why they said no (over and over again). I know about something like since LSM’s career didn’t go too well so he created SME. but idk what to think about SME anymore; too much gossips, scandals, news and overall too much stress for the artists.

and…wth happened to CSJH!!! I haven’t heard any news for awhile (that’s a long time trust me). Ever since BoA debuted in the US, CSJH the Grace has been *poof!* out of the pic, and I’ve just finally read and found out that Stephanie has back problems??!?!? I don’t know much sources about CSJH. And I;m kinda dissapointed about SME for The Grace girls. They have alot of talent but it’s going to waste. Right now; they’re only promoting them in Japan, what about Korea? (where they were from and born!!! O.O) Honestly, I love every group of SM but sometimes it’s like WTF!? You Know? Also BoA disappeared from Korean awhile back; she hasn’t made any new k-pop in years! *tears* I wonder how her fans in korea feel.

hemmm..i read so many articles about LSM and DBSK…and i’m going to hate LSM now…he’s too much…
i love some groups of SME especially my lovely DBSK and SUJU…but then…i wish them to leave SME…
teukkie oppa is going to get more depression..so are yuna and taeyeon..my friend told me that only yuna, taeyeon and sooyoung worked for snsd and SME…i dunno much about snsd,,so i just said ‘Ooohh’…but she added that now tiff and yuri are working too…so the other members?????

but i keep thinking that the most is DBSK…Japan-Korea then Thai…then China..back to Japan…Korea again..Japan again..Korea again and Japan again and again…

@jonghyun: Are you serious that it was in TIME MAGAZINE? Wow, that makes me furious. I’ve been hating Time(they wrote an e-article about all Asian women being plastic Caucasian wannabes and when I subscribed to them they sent the issues to a wrong person) since I was 13, but I mean, no wonder why SM artists look so poor compared to JYP/Mnet/YG artists! No wonder why some ELFs complain about SuJu wearing last-season’s clothes(not that clothes matter or anything, but most rich people do wear expensive clothes). Even FT Island’s Hongki drives an expensive car and dresses himself in Dolce&Gabbana and he’s their junior!
Oh I’m sorry I misunderstood:) Well, what can you expect from capitalist pigs, literally(not that I disagree with capitalism). Leeteuk shouldn’t be forced into sleeping 3 hours a day and following ridiculous schedules when he has depression. That’s just inhumane and cruel.
@Jintk11: I don’t think it’s a LSM-only thing though. I think all the SM executives treat SM artists like this. But I still think it’s horrible that SM artists are apparently slaves to the company. They do favor some artists over others, which is even more horrible. You never hear about the executives treating Hangeng or Kibum badly, do you. Unless the executives change or the court interferes, I don’t think labor condition would change any time soon. As for CSJH, I heard that CSJH disbanded already. Stephanie’s back at America and I don’t think she’ll be performing any time soon.

This incident really makes me pissed with SME.How can they do this to Dbsk.But there’s something i dont get.If Dbsk is really their money making machine they would’ve just relaxed the contract a little.Or else if Dbsk is gone,Sm would be nothing right.But i heard they will be performing on the 16 cuz they said b4 that they didnt want to disappoint fans that already paid and are looking forward to the concert.They regret the most that they cant be with their fans becuz of the lawsuit.So touching..

@tvxq_jaejoong: I think it’s because if they relax their contract with DBSK, they’re going to have to do the same for every other SM artists. SM’s already pretty broke now, so doing so would be catastrophic for SM. Aw, it’s so sweet that they decided to perform at SM Town Concert. At least they care for their fans.

10-30% i have to say is huge for a profit. i think you guys also have forgotten that their managers, styles, bodyguards and other staff who has to take care of them need to get paid for, ALSO dont forget the bills such as their hotels travel costumes, insurance, advertising and many many more i know what im talking about cause i work in such a place. at least the money isnt coming out of their own pocket, like me to do advertising and all other kind of promotion.
and remember the guys wont be where they are now if SM isnt there.
dont get me wrong i love the guys. but sometime us fans only see our idol and forget that they arent the only one involve, if they didnt have sm staff to promote them and introduce them to us
THERE WILL BE NO US!! AND THERE WILL BE NO DBSK. I dont want them to disband and i hope everything work out well
